Stone Gryphon Tactical: Who We Are
Created by a United States Army veteran and police officer of 10 years, Brian Carrington, the CTAX was developed out of a specific need.
As the first responder to 911 calls, Brian never knows what he will find. On one particular occasion, the call was for an elderly woman who fell and couldn’t get up. He needed to breach the front door to help her but did not have the proper tools. Brian felt helpless as he waited for the next round of responders to show up. It’s a gut-wrenching feeling to want to help someone but not be able to.
Brian decided he never wanted to experience that helplessness again. He designed the CTAX, a tactical entry and rescue multi-tool that is lightweight, portable, and easy to use. Stone Gryphon Tactical was born with the intent to help first responders save lives.
