Thank you to our customers for your gracious patience and support! We know you are just as excited as we are for your CTAX. Here’s a brief production update:
We are excited to announce the CTAX has arrived and is ready to ship! There’s only one minor flaw – the production of the handle scales were not to our specifications and expectations, therefore we are having them resent by the production facility. This will take some time, pushing shipping out until late August. We are sorry for this delay, but we don’t want to send out a rescue tool that doesn’t meet the standard of quality that we promised all of you. We want you to get the CTAX in all it’s glory!
The CTAX Has Arrived!
We want to make it right for our customers!
We are giving our loyal customers a choice so they don’t have to wait any longer for their CTAX. We are offering to ship CTAXs with the first set of scales, and as soon as the correct scales come in, we will send the second pair of scales for free. They are easy to switch out and assemble! If you already purchased your CTAX, please check your email for more information.
Thank you to all our customers for all the patience and support throughout this process. We want our customers to get the best American-made rescue tool we can deliver. We can’t wait to see our CTAX’s in the hands of those who need it most!
